1 MONDAY, APRIL 12, 2021 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: Mar Checks # 15950 - 15955 & Apr Checks # 15956– 16000 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:36pm, by Chairman Terry Taft, after check payment review. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Richard Baumgart, and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Also present 6 residents. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Hodal to accept agenda as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. PUBLIC COMMENTS*: Need to fix 11th Ave between 25th St & 27th St for has soupy spots, this will be reclaimed and graded, thought it was a wolf but dead coyote off Retirement Ln, contact DNR. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Schumer to approve the March 8, 2021 Regular Town Board Meeting, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Hodal to approve the Treasurer’s March 31, 2021 report as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye- 3. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: Work done ditching on 22nd St W done, tree cutting on 9th St done, changed light bulbs in garage to LEDs, reclaiming is done, cutting stumps off in Refuge for mowing, half of grading in Town was completed before grader broke, plow trucks cleaned up and mowers ready. Things working on patching, mixing salt/sand for 2021-2022 season, ditching Sprague Mather road, gravel on 27th St W, 28th St W, & 19th St. CONSTABLE REPORT: The constable dealt with 2 incident, and property checks. APPROVE OPERATOR LICENSE FOR CONNIE DENTON AT WILDERNESS INN: Motion by Hodal to approve operator license for Connie Denton @ Wilderness Inn, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. CHANGES TO OPEN BOOK FOR WEDNESDAY MAY 12, 2021 NOW 2:00PM TO 4:00 PM AND BOARD OF REVIEW NOW TUESDAY JUNE 8, 2021 3:00PM TO 5:00PM NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, MAY 10, 2021 at 6:30pm 2 TOWN ELECTOR ANNUAL MEETING TUESDAY APRIL 20, 2021 AT 7:00PM ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Schumer to adjourn at 6:50 pm, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3.
