1 MONDAY, MAY 9, 2022 AT 6:15 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING CALL TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order at 6:20 pm, by Chairman Terry Taft. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, and Treasurer Richard Baumgart. Motion by Schumer to adjourn Board of Review to September 7, 2022 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-4 by voice vote, Taft, Hodal, Schumer, & Kosinski. ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Schumer to adjourn at 6:22 pm, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-4 by voice vote, Taft, Hodal, Schumer, & Kosinski. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Richard Baumgart, Leo Schultz Road Supervisor and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Also present were 4 residents. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Hodal to accept agenda as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. PUBLIC COMMENTS*: Jake braking on Hwy 21 by Dollar General. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The April 11, 2022 Regular Town Board Meeting & April 25, 2022 Special Town Board Meeting cancelled so no minutes, were not approved for not ready due to fires hat day. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Schumer to approve the Treasurer’s April 30, 2022 report as presented, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: Working on beaver dams, patching, grading, and garage project painting the inside and pouring a concrete floor, so equipment will be outside for next couple of weeks. CONSTABLE REPORT: 3 incidents, deer issues and checking properties. OPENING OF 2022 SINGLE & DOUBLE SEAL COATING ROAD BIDS, & ACCEPTANCE: Two bids received Scotts Construction & Fahrner. Motion by Schumer to accept the single & double seal coating bid from Scott’s Construction for $84,867.45 as the lowest bidder, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. OPENING OF 2022 DOUBLE CHIP SEAL COATING 28TH ST AT 9TH AVE TO BRIDGE FOR LRIP PROJECT ROAD BIDS, & ACCEPTANCE: Two bids received Scotts Construction & Fahrner. Motion by Hodal to accept Scott Construction bid of $55,422.90 as the lowest bidder for 28th LRIP project, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. 3 SALE OF GRADER AND MISC ITEMS: Motion by Hodal to sell grader on WI Surplus with a minimum bid of $37,000.00, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. MOBILE HOME VARIANCE FOR A REFURBISH 1989 TO REPLACE A 1962 ON MARINA LN: Motion by Hodal to allow variance for 1989 mobile home to replace a 1962 at W4432 Marina Ln, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3.
