1 MONDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2022 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: Nov Checks # 16808 – 16811 & Dec Checks # 16812 – 16842 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:34pm, by Chairman Terry Taft, after check payment review. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Cheri Barnharst and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Road Supervisor Leo Schultz was not present. Also present were 9 residents. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Schumer to accept corrected agenda as presented, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. PUBLIC COMMENTS*: Discussion of tax bills, minutes to website, treasurer report & audit. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Hodal to approve the November 11, 2022 Special Town Board (employment), November 14, 2022 Regular Town Board Meeting, November 14, 2022 Public Budget Hearing, & November 14, 2022 Special Elector Meeting, December 7, 2022 Special Elector Meeting & December 7, 2022 Special Town Board (budget), seconded by Schumer with correction of salt to sand in road supervisor report, and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Hodal to approve the Treasurer’s November 30, 2022 report as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: Finished up brush mowing, working on equipment for next year, trees, pushing up screened sand for next winter, training new employee & signs. CONSTABLE REPORT: Issues with locked keys and catalytic converter theft. APPROVAL OF NECEDAH FIRE & RESCUE 2023 CONTRACT: Motion by Hodal to approve the 2023 Necedah Fire & Rescue contract for $63,569.36 as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. 2 APPROVE 2022 BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS TO ACTUAL COSTS: Motion by Schumer to approve the budget adjustments by summary to actual costs as presented, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3. NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, JANUARY 9, 2023 AT 6:30pm: ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Hodal to adjourn at 7:00 pm, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3.
