1 MONDAY, JANUARY 9, 2023 AT 6:30 PM, TOWN HALL, OFFICIAL MINUTES, TOWN OF NECEDAH, WISCONSIN, TOWN BOARD MEETING FINANCIAL MATTERS REVIEW CHECKS FOR PAYMENT: CHECKS APPROVED FOR PAYMENT: Dec Checks # 16843 – 16855 & Jan Checks # 16856 – 16904 CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Meeting was called to order at 6:33pm, by Chairman Terry Taft, after check payment review. ROLL CALL: Those present were: Chairman Terry Taft, Supervisors George Schumer & Ginny Hodal, Clerk Susan Kosinski, Treasurer Cheri Barnharst, Road Supervisor Leo Schultz and Constable Jack Jasinski Sr. Also present were 6 residents. ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: Motion by Hodal to accept agenda as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. PUBLIC COMMENTS*: Krizan still wants help to drain his fields from the flood. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Motion by Schumer to approve the December 12, 2022 Regular Town Board Meeting, seconded by Hodal, and carried aye-3. APPROVAL OF THE TREASURER’S REPORT: Motion by Hodal to approve the Treasurer’s December 31, 2022 report as presented, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. ROAD SUPERVISOR REPORT: Ordered and mixed more salt & sand. Maintained the equipment, chipping and brush mowing due to 60 trees down from ice snow storm. Problems with Sharon Lane narrow and building in way? New employee Brian doing very good. CONSTABLE REPORT: Checked out van on fire, and random checks. APPROVE $500.00 TO JUNEAU COUNTY HIGHWAY FOR 50-50 PETITION: Motion by Hodal to approve the $500.00 TO Juneau County Highway for the 50-50 petition, seconded by Schumer and carried aye-3. NEXT MONTH MEETING DATE, 2ND MONDAY OF MONTH, FEBRUARY 13, 2023 AT 6:30pm: ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Schumer to adjourn at 7:05 pm, seconded by Hodal and carried aye-3.
