NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Revolving Loan Committee Meeting will be held in the Community Room of the Shullsburg Community Townsend Center, 190 N. Judgement Street, Shullsburg Wisconsin. The following items will be addressed at said meeting: Agenda 1. Call the Meeting to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Approve the Minutes of the March 17, 2026 Committee Meeting 4. Closed Session- The Revolving Loan Committee reserves the right to enter into closed session, pursuant to Wis. Stats 19.85 (1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. • Discussion & Review of the Project Status Report for Revolving Loan #37.
