NOTICE TO RESIDENTS TOWN OF CRESCENT MINUTES FOR Agenda for Town Budget Workshop WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2023 5:00 P.M., CRESCENT TOWN HALL Board Members Present: Robb Jensen, Chair; Kyla Waksmonski, Supervisor; Mike Pazdernik, Supervisor; Tracy Hartman, Clerk; Carla Fletcher, Treasurer. Call to Order: Chairman Jensen called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. at the Crescent Town Hall. The meeting has been properly posted and distributed in accordance with the Wisconsin Open Meeting law and the facility is handicap accessible. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Approval of Agenda Motion by Pazdernik to approve the agenda. Seconded by Waksmonski. All aye. Motion carried. Fifteen Minutes of Public Discussion – None 2023 Budget Update – Hartman presented the 2023 Budget Update. 2024 Budget Draft - 2024 Revenue Estimates presented. The largest change in the revenue estimates was in the supplemental shared revenue. - 2024 Expense Estimates provided. Hartman provided a draft budget for the board to consider. - Jensen provided a list of possible capital improvement projects for 2024. Mahner and Cordova questioned how they can put in for a CIP and what would be considered a CIP. Jensen stated that there will need to be another budget workshop to determine the final proposed budget and 2024 CIPS.
