Call to order by presiding officer. 2. Roll call. 3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted 4. Approve the minutes of the previous meeting, rectifying mistakes if any exist. (Copy enclosed) 5. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present. 6. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. (a) Discussion concerning the Strategic Plan. (b) Discussion and action of the 2027 City library budget. (c) Discussion and action of the 2027 Librarian budget. (d) Discussion and action of the 2027 Librarian revenues. (e) Discussion concerning CD investments. (f) Report on past library events. 7. New business or matters to be taken up by the board. (a) Discussion and action concerning Record Retention Policy. (b) Discussion and action concerning the Public Relations Policy. (c) Approve payment of the following August 2026 vouchers: Librarian account #4912 through #4920 in the amount of $7,968.93. (d) Upcoming Library events.
