Call to order by presiding officer. 2. Roll call. 3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted 4. Approve the minutes of the previous meeting, rectifying mistakes if any exist. (Copy enclosed) 5. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present. 6. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. (a) Discussion concerning the Dollar General Literacy Grant. (b) Discussion concerning the Strategic Plan. (c) Report on past library events. (d) Director’s report. 7. New business or matters to be taken up by the board. (a) Discussion and action concerning Labor Day closures. (b) Discussion concerning upcoming budget proposals. (c) Discussion concerning new technology in the library. (d) Approve payment of the following Ju ly 2026 vouchers: Librarian account #4897 through #4911 in the amount of $6,045.64.
