NOTICE TO RESIDENTS TOWN OF CRESCENT MINUTES FOR MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING THURSDAY, JULY 21, 2022 10:00 A.M., CRESCENT TOWN HALL Board Members Present: Joel Knutson, Chair; Kyla Waksmonski, Supervisor; Mike Pazdernik, Supervisor; Tracy Hartman, Clerk Absent: Carla Fletcher, Treasurer. Call to Order: Chairman Knutson called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. at the Crescent Town Hall. The meeting has been properly posted and distributed in accordance with the Wisconsin Open Meeting law and the facility is handicap accessible. Approval of Agenda Motion by Pazdernik to approve the agenda as amended. Seconded by Waksmonski. All aye. Motion carried. Discussion/Decision: AmeriCorps Position - Knutson stated that there is a salary match that has previously been approved by the board and $500 was allocated last week towards advertising. Discussion regarding advertising the position on Indeed, a Facebook boosted post, advertising in the papers. Waskmonki presented a flyer and the job description. Discussion regarding there needing to be a health impact component with each aspect of the job. Discussion regarding the required supervision and the work schedule being flexible. Discussion regarding the Americorps Member Position Description and requested changes. Waksmonski will finalize the member position description and forward to the board to disburse to interested parties, create a boosted facebook post and advertise on Indeed. Operator’s License Applications – Operators license applications received for Lisa L Vanney and Michael Jack Budreau. Motion by Knutson to approve the operators license as presented. Seconded by Waksmonski. All aye; motion carried. Adjourn - Motion by Knutson to adjourn at 11:06 a.m. Seconded by Waksmonski. All aye. Motion carried.
