NOTICE TO RESIDENTS TOWN OF CRESCENT MINUTES FOR SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING THURSDAY, APRIL 14, 2022 1:00 P.M., VIA ZOOM Board Members Present: Joel Knutson, Chair; Kyla Waksmonski, Supervisor; Tracy Hartman, Clerk. Absent: Michael Pazdernik, Superivsor; Carla Fletcher, Treasurer. Call to Order: Chairman Knutson called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom. The meeting has been properly posted and distributed in accordance with the Wisconsin Open Meeting law and the meeting is being held via zoom. Approval of Agenda Motion by Waksmonski to approve the agenda as presented. Seconded by Knutson. All aye. Motion carried. Resolution of Support: Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) 2020-2024 Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Award Cycle: Knutson explained the current TAP Grant application and the resolution that was drafted. Knutson reported that he has been in contact with the WisDOT regarding the potential grants and what options are available to the town. The State would like to have a resolution of support from the board prior to proceeding with the submission. Motion by Waksmonski to approve Resolution 02-2022 as presented. Seconded by Knutson.
