FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING JUNE 30, 2026 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Roelli at 6:37 PM. Present at roll call were: Kerry Black, John Sonsalla, Steve Pickett, and Mayor Roelli. Absent: None. Also present were: Kevin Andrews, and Amy Johnson. Motion by Pickett, seconded by Sonsalla, that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. Motion carried. Motion by Pickett , seconded by Sonsalla , to go into closed session in accordance with Section 19.85 (1)(c), to review an applicant for the Department of Public Works Position, that the body limit its closed-session discussion to that matter, and that the body permits Kevin Andrews to attend the closed session. Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Pickett, seconded by Sonsalla , to reconvene to regular session in accordance with Section 19.85 (2) Wis. Stats. to recommend, if appropriate, to the City Council the hiring of a Department of Public Works employee for approval. Roll call vote: All Ayes. Motion carried. After discussion and consideration, motion by Black, seconded by Sonsalla, to readvertise for the Department of Public Works Position. All ayes. Motion carried.
