AGENDA FOR A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DARLINGTON TO BE HELD ON THURSDAY, THE 25th DAY OF JUNE, 2026, AT 1:30 PM; WHICH MEETING IS TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL ROOM AT THE DARLINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING, DARLINGTON, WISCONSIN 1. Call to order by presiding officer. 2. Roll call. 3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. 4. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present. (3-minute limit) 5. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. 6. New business. Including but not limited to the introduction of Ordinances and Resolutions. The Committee will go into closed session in accordance with Section 19.85 (1) (c) Wis. Stats., considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; to interview an applicant for the Department of Public Works Position. The Committee will reconvene to regular session in accordance with Section 19.85(2), Wis. Stats., to recommend, if appropriate, to take possible action regarding employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of a public employee; to recommend, if appropriate, to the City Council the hiring of a Department of Public Works employee for approval. 7.
