AGENDA FOR A MEETING OF THE FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DARLINGTON TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, THE 2nd DAY OF JUNE, 2026, AT 6:30 PM; WHICH MEETING IS TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL ROOM AT THE DARLINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING, DARLINGTON, WISCONSIN 1. Call to order by presiding officer. 2. Roll call. 3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. 4. Approve the minutes of the previous meetings, rectifying mistakes if any exist. (Copy Enclosed) 5. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present. (3-minute limit) 6. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. 7. New business. Including but not limited to the introduction of Ordinances and Resolutions. (a) Discussion and action concerning the Time Off and Leave of Absence Policy for the City of Darlington. The Committee will go into closed session in accordance with Section 19.85 (1) (c) Wis. Stats., to interview an applicant for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Position. The Committee will reconvene to regular session in accordance with Section 19.85(2), Wis. Stats., to recommend, if appropriate, to the City Council the hiring of a Wastewater Treatment Plant employee for approval. 8. Adjourn the meeting.
