AGENDA FOR A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DARLINGTON TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, THE 13th DAY OF MAY, 2026, AT 2:15 PM; WHICH MEETING IS TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL ROOM AT THE DARLINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING, DARLINGTON, WISCONSIN 1. Call to order by presiding officer. 2. Roll call. 3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. 4. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present. (3-minute limit) 5. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. 6. New business. Including but not limited to the introduction of Ordinances and Resolutions. The Committee will go into closed session in accordance with Section 19.85 (1) (c) Wis. Stats., to interview applicants for the Director of Public Works Position and the Public Works Position. The Committee will reconvene to regular session in accordance with Section 19.85 (2) Wis. Stats., to recommend the hiring of a Director of Public Works employee and the hiring of a Public Works employee, if appropriate, to the City Council for approval. 7. Adjourn the meeting.
