FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES MAY 5, 2026 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dave Roelli at 6:00 PM. Present at roll call were: Mayor Dave Roelli, Kerry Black , and John Sonsalla . Absent: None. Also present were: Cindy Corley, Kevin Andrews, Joe Boll, Jeff McCarthy, Attorney Jacob Gardner, and Amy Johnson. Motion by Sonsalla, seconded by Black, that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. Motion carried. Motion by Sonsalla, seconded by Black, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion carried. Motion by Black , seconded by Sonsalla , to go into closed session in accordance with Section 19.85(1)(c) Wis.Stats., to review applications received for the Director of Public Works Position and the Public Works Position, and if appropriate , select applicants to interview for the position; Roll Call Vote: All Ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Black, seconded by Sonsalla, to reconvene to regular session in accordance with Section 19.85 (2) Wis. Stats., and adjourn the meeting. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes. Motion carried. There being no further business for this meeting, motion by Black , seconded by Roelli, to adjourn the meeting at 6:20 PM. Motion carried. CITY OF DARLINGTON Amy L.
