FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES MARCH 3, 2026 The meeting was called to order by Mayor McDermott at 6:00 PM. Present at roll call were: Steve Pickett, Kerry Black , Mayor McDermott , and Dave Roelli . Absent: None. Also present were: Andrew Kurtz, Joe Boll, Cindy Corley, John Sonsalla, Attorney Aaron Stauffacher, Nick Mantsch, Szvon Conway, and Amy Johnson. Motion by Roelli, seconded by Pickett, that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. Motion carried. Motion by Pickett, seconded by Black, to approve the meeting minutes of the previous meeting. Motion carried. Under new business, discussion was held concerning an update to the City’s Employee Handbook to include the new payment in lieu of health insurance incentive. After discussion and consideration, motion by Black, seconded by Roelli, to approve the update of the City’s Employee Handbook as presented. Motion carried.
