AGENDA FOR A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE JOHNSON PUBLIC LIBRARY OF THE CITY OF DARLINGTON TO BE HELD ON MONDAY, THE 16th DAY OF FEBRUARY 2026, AT 6:30 PM, AT THE JOHNSON PUBLIC LIBRARY 1. Call to order by presiding officer. 2. Roll call. 3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted 4. Approve the minutes of the previous meeting, rectifying mistakes if any exist. (Copy enclosed) 5. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present. 6. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. (a) Discussion concerning the Andrew Carnegie award. (b) Report on past library events. 7. New business or matters to be taken up by the board. (a) Discussion and approval of the Annual Report. (b) Discussion and possible action concerning upcoming CD renewals. (c) Discussion and possible action concerning the Display and Exhibit Policy. (d) Report on upcoming events. (e) Approve payment of the following January 2026 vouchers: Librarian account vouchers #4831 through #4837 in the amount of $2,098.27. (f) Set next meeting date for the March meeting. 8.
