AGENDA FOR A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE JOHNSON PUBLIC LIBRARY OF THE CITY OF DARLINGTON TO BE HELD ON MONDAY, THE 22nd DAY OF DECEMBER 2025, AT 6:30 PM, AT THE JOHNSON PUBLIC LIBRARY 1. Call to order by presiding officer. 2. Roll call. 3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted 4. Approve the minutes of the previous meeting, rectifying mistakes if any exist. (Copy enclosed) 5. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present. 6. Unfinished or deferred business from previous committee meetings. (a) Update on Board of Trustees Terms. (b) Update on 2026 Budget. (c) Report on past library events. 7. New business or matters to be taken up by the board. (a) Discussion and possible action concerning the Check Out Policy. (b) Report on upcoming events. (c) Approve payment of the following November 2025 vouchers: Librarian account vouchers #4798 through #4809 in the amount of $4,373.39. The Board of Directors will go into closed session in accordance with Section 19.85(1)(c), considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Board of Directors will reconvene to regular session in accordance with Section 19.85(2) Wis. Stats. to take possible action regarding employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of a public employee, and to adjourn the meeting. 8. Adjourn the meeting.
