By Village Clerk-Treasurer Sandra Flannery Proof of Publication Pecatonica Valley Leader Posted Argyle Government Building, Argyle Post Office, Woodford State Bank Attendance Village of Argyle – President Joseph Schutte Deputy Clerk – Mallory McGuire Lafayette County Board District – Jed Gant Argyle School District – Randy Refsland Southwest Technical College – Caleb White Community Member – John Mathys Johnson Block & Company, Inc. – Brenda Glendenning Agenda Review 2025 Annual Report for TID #3 which was prepared by Jay Bennett of Johnson Block & Company, Inc. The report was submitted to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue on June 6, 2026. Comments Brenda Glendenning of Johnson Block reviewed this year’s audit report with those in attendance, explaining how their firm determines revenues and expenditures for the report. There were some errors made by the assessor with properties on the old school lots & The Legacy Building. These properties are within the TID#3 District. These errors were brought to the attention of the village assessor and are in the process of correction with the Department of Revenue.
