VILLAGE OF ARGYLE BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES NOVEMBER 24TH, 2025 The Argyle Village Board held a Budget Public Hearing on Monday, November 24th, 2025 at 6:45PM at the Argyle Community Building located at 401 E Milwaukee Street in the meeting hall. The meeting was called to order by President Thomas Moore with Johnson absent and Hinojosa, King, and Helfvogt arriving late. Proper posting was acknowledged. Approval of the previous minutes was waived. President Moore reviewed the Preliminary Budget. The allowable levy is $124,395.00; the budget will add general obligation debt of $160,600.00 for a total levy of $284,995.00 for 2025 payable 2026. The budget will increase $7,160.00, which is a 2.58% increase from last year’s levy. There was no public comment. Helfvogt made a motion to adjourn at 6:53PM, Rossing seconded, motion carried.
