Discussion & Determination on Well #2 8. NEW BUSINESS - Review and action on the following a. Appoint 2026 Election Poll Workers for Village of Argyle b. Approve General Code Estimate for 2026 for Village Ordinance Book updates c. Approve to use funds from the Local Government Investment Pool-Sub Account #8 in 2026 to pay for the following projects: Blacktop at Argyle Recycle Center -$4,700.00. SWWRP - Second payment for Comprehensive & Outdoor Recreation Plan - $12,500.00. Share of terrazzo floor project for Community Building, contingent on Community Fund Grant application. d. Adopt 2025 Budget, Payable 2026 Allowable Levy $124,395.00 + General Obligation Debt $160,600.00 Total Levy $284,995.00. This budget will increase $7,160.00 from last year’s levy, 2.58% increase from last year. The budget includes the board seeking bids for the village-owned parking lot for Daycare and borrowing, for the project. We will seek rates and borrow to repay the Electric Department from past four years total of $351,333, then add $133,457 for what we need to meet this year’s budget, total loan of $484,790.00. e.
