VILLAGE OF ARGYLE SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES September 30th, 2025 The Argyle Village Board held a special meeting on Monday, September 29th, 2025 at 6:00PM at the Argyle Community Building located at 401 E Milwaukee Street. The meeting was called to order by President Thomas Moore with Hinojosa and Rossing absent. Proper posting was acknowledged. The board waived approval of previous minutes. Resolution No. 5-2025 Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of up to $619,803 Water System Revenue Bonds, Series 2025, and Providing for Other Details and Covenants with Respect Thereto, and Approval of Related Financial Assistance Agreement was presented. Helfvogt motioned to approve Resolution No. 5 -2025, Johnson seconded, motion carried . The Resolution was approved and adopted. King motioned to approve the Bond Certificate, Webster seconded, motion carried. Helfvogt motioned to approve Safe Drinking Water L oan Program, Johnson seconded, motion carried.
