VILLAGE OF ARGYLE BOARD OF REVIEW – June 5, 2025 The Board of Review for the Village of Argyle was held Thursday, June 5th, 2025. The meeting was called to order by Village Clerk Sandra Flannery at 3:00 pm. The following Board of Review members were present at the meeting: Sandra Flannery, Mallory McGuire, Thomas Moore, William Johnson, Kirk Wenger, Dave Phillipson and Associated Appraisal Consultant PJ Rein. Proper notice of the meeting was acknowledged. Published in the Pecatonica Valley Leader and posted at the Argyle Community Building, Argyle Post Office, First National Bank and Trust Woodford State Bank. Dave Phillipson was nominated as Chairman for this year’s Board of Review. Johnson made a motion to approve the nomination, Wenger seconded, motion carried. Johnson made a motion to close the nominations, Wenger, carried. William Johnson was nominated as Vice-Chairman for Board of Review. Phillipson made a motion to approve the nomination, Wenger seconded, motion carried. Phillipson made a motion to close nominations, Wenger seconded, carried. Chairman Phillipson verified that 3 members had completed the mandatory training this year. Sandra Flannery, Mallory McGuire, and Thomas Moore. The online papers were filed with the Department of Revenue on May 15th, 2025. The Clerk received the assessor’s signed affidavit to the roll; the clerk signed the roll. There was no public attendance. There were no corrections made to the printed roll. Wenger made a motion to adjourn the 2025 Board of Review at 5:00 pm, Moore seconded, motion carried.
