Village of Argyle Plan Commission Public Mee6ng No6ce November 20th, 2024 The Argyle Planning Commission will hold a public mee8ng Wednesday, November 20th, 2024, at 6:15 p.m. at the Argyle Community Building, located at 401 East Milwaukee Street, Argyle, WI 53504. The agenda will be as follows: • Garthwaite Homes LLC – The WisDOT did not approve the proposed setback as plated. As a result, the plat’s informa8on will be translated to a Cer8fied Survey Map (CSM) which needs discussion/ac8on (approval) by the Plan Commission and recommenda8on to Village Board (all measurements will be iden8cal to the plat. WisDOT cannot review CSM’s, per statute). • Daycare – Review TID No. 3 Development Agreement for RBS Proper8es LLC.
