Second by Meyer. Minutes filed. 3 NEW BUSINESS 3.1 SWIM Proposal - Duluth Canal Park Kiosk Advertising Discussion held. MOTION by Meyer to approve, dependent on prime placement and inclusion of a QR code o n the advertisements to be approved by Mary Osborne. Seconded by Graskey. Motion passes. 4 OLD BUSINESS 4.1 Richard I Bong Veterans and Historical Center Contract MOTION by Slay, second by Meyer. Motion passes. 4.2 Film Incentive Revision MOTION by Meyer, seconded by Slay. Motion passes. 4.3 SWIM – Drone Footage Production Discussion held. MOTION by Slay to hold for next meeting. Seconded by Meyer. Motion passes. 4.4 Gotta Be Superior Digital Asset Management Discussion held. No action taken. 4.5 2026-2027 Grant Application and Budget Allocation Discussion Discussion held. MOTION to allocate $30,000 from the budget to grants and sponsorships by Slay. Second by Graskey.
