Will approve at next regular meeting. M OTION Ludwig to approve March minutes. Second Slay. Minutes filed. **Motion by Vice-Chair Ludwig to move items 4.1 and 4.2 to precede New Business, seconded by Chair Graskey. Motion passes** 4.1 Richard I Bong Veterans and Historical Center Contract Discussion held t o review with legal for language regarding City of Superior vs. Tourism Development Commission. Motion to hold by Ludwig, seconded by Graskey . Motion passes. 4.2 Tourism Coordinator Introduction Introduction by Mary Osborne. No action taken. 3 NEW BUSINESS 3.1 Presentation - SWIM & Star Tribune - Winter 2025 Results Presentation Given by Hannah Nellis and Paul Haga from the STAR Tribune. Discussion held. No action taken. 3.2 SWIM - 4 th of July Parade Blog M OTION by Meyer, second by Chair Graskey to approve SWIM request out of contingency fund . Motion passes. Motion passes. 3.4 Gotta Be Superior Digital Asset Management Discussion held. M OTION by Graskey to hold until the next meeting and gather more information. S econded by Slay. Motion passes. 3.5 Gotta Be Superior Travel Wisconsin Ad M OTION by Meyer to approve out of contingency fund. Se conded by Chair Graskey. Motion passes. 3.6 2026-2027 Grant Application and Budget Allocation Discussion Introduction by Chair Graskey. No action taken. 4 OLD BUSINESS 4.3 Film Incentive Revision Discussion held. Motion by Graskey to move forward with adding additional eligible expenses to film incentive. Motion passes.
