Will review at next regular meeting. 3 NEW BUSINESS 3.1 Film Incentive Presentation – Shari Marshik Presentation given by Shari Marshik from UMFO. Discussion held. No action taken. 3.2 Film Incentive Revision Discussion held. Will review until next regular meeting and approve amendments at that time. No action taken. 4 OLD BUSINESS 4.1 Richard I. Bong Veterans and Historical Center Contract MOTION Chin to extend contract for one year through March 2027 with amended amounts of Tourist Information Desk Grant in the amount of $125,000, Marketing Grant in the amount of $175,000 and Capitol Contingency Fund in the amount of $83,000. Second Ludwig. Motion passes. 4.2 Tourism Coordinator Update Update from Chair Graskey. No action taken. 5 RECURRING BUSINESS 5.1 Financials No action taken. 5.2 Report from the Chair.
