DARLINGTON TOWN COUNCIL & UTILITY BOARD MINUTES SEPTEMBER 21, 2023 Call to Order Council Member Teresa Sutherlin opened the meeting with two council members present. President Nicole Parker and Vice President Nick Riddell were not present. Joining the council was Clerk-Treasurer Michelle Cash. Public Comment — Members of the community were concerned with the recent break-ins to vehicles, sheds, and houses that were being egged. After much discussion, a town resident will be going to speak with Town Marshall Crull about forming a neighborhood watch. Money Matters- A motion to adopt the 2024 Budget - Ordinance 2023-4 was made by Marilyn Cohee and seconded by Noelle Suiter. Motion Approved (3-0) Council Members Report- Marilyn Cohee — Nothing Teresa Sutherlin — Nothing Noelle Suiter — Nothing Nick Riddell — Not Present Nicole Parker — Not Present Public Comment — None Town Board and Utility meeting at the Darlington Community Center on October 5, 2023 - at 5:00 p.m. The motion to adjourn was made by Noelle Suiter, and seconded by Teresa Sutherlin.
