CITY OF ANTIGO ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 17, 2016 Members Present: John Warner, Toni Schneider, Todd Langseth and Bruce Kommers Members Absent: Helen Wanca Others Present: Charley Brinkmeier, Surveyor/Project Manager; Bob and Cindy Piskula; and Jaime Horswill, Utility/Clerical Assistant. This meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was called to order on the above date at 5:30 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room, City Hall. Todd Langseth served as Chairperson and Jaime Horswill, Utility/Clerical Assistant, recorded the minutes thereof. Public Hearing regarding a Variance from the Provisions of Section 14-746 (2) or (4)(c), Ordinance No. 1095B, the Municipal Code of the City of Antigo There was no one present wishing to address the variance change. After complying with statutory procedures, Chairperson Langseth closed the public hearing at 5:32 pm. 1. Request to Allow Robert and Cindy Piskula to exceed 1,000 square foot accessory building OR limitation of number of detached garages for personal storage at 106 Second Avenue (Parcel #201-2828). Upon inquiry by Charley Brinkmeier, Surveyor/Project Manager, Bob Piskula advised that it is his intentions to take down the current small shed once this one is built. It is his plan to leave the existing garage as is. Mr. Brinkmeier indicated that after notification of neighbors, there have been no complaints. Schneider moved, Kommers seconded, to allow Robert and Cindy Piskula to exceed 1,000 square foot accessory building OR limitation of number of detached garages for personal storage at 106 Second Avenue (Parcel No. 201-2828) APPROVED 2.
