As per the CUP conditions, a written agreement is needed for road maintenance and repairs and would be negotiated by the Town Board. Continue with the condition for calcium chloride for dust control. Eslinger stated that there is no current plan to blast or have an asphalt plant--a different permit would be needed for that. Servais stated that the operator would put up signs when hauling and provide notification to the homeowners within 300’ from the property boundary and to the Town of Schley. Reclamation plan would be put together by Mathy, under the guidelines of the DNR, and then presented to the County for approval. Servais stated that the pit is private property and there is potential for a 22-acre manmade pond with the water flowing from the south to the north so it shouldn’t impact the flow of the groundwater.
