Town of Schley Plan Commission Meeting Minutes – July 18th, 2024 1. The meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM. 2. Commission members present: Tony Dallman, Joe Polak, Lea Ratajczyk and Earl Welker. Craig Brown was excused. 3. Public meeting notice was not verified. 4. M/S Joe/Tony to approve minutes from the June 20th Plan Commission Meeting. A roll call vote was conducted. All Ayes. Motion carried. 5. Reports/miscellaneous items discussed: *Earl reported a new address in the town at W2980 Sunrise Road. *The county will conduct a public hearing regarding bridge construction over the Prairie River. 6. A) M/S Tony/Lea to discuss and approve Hetzel’s LUA L-24-178 for a 12’ X 20’ storage building. All standard conditions required. A roll call vote was conducted. All Ayes. Motion carried. B) M/S Earl/Tony to discuss and approve Juan’s LUA L-24-188 for a 47’ X 27’ dwelling, 16’ X 13’ deck, 24’ X 24’ garage, 12’ X 16’ storage building, 16’ X 24’ farm building and 10’ X 12’ greenhouse. All standard conditions required including adherence to the county’s nutrient management program. A roll call vote was conducted. All Ayes. Motion carried. C) M/S Lea/Joe to discuss and approve Winter’s LUA L-24-197 for a 12’ X 20’ wood shed. A roll call vote was conducted. All Ayes. Motion carried. D) Members reviewed revisions to the Town of Schley’s Town Road Right of Ways Ordinance. A voice vote was conducted to approve the revisions. All ayes. E) Members reviewed revisions to the Town of Schley’s Fee Ordinance. A voice vote was conducted to approve the revisions. All ayes. M/S Tony/Joe to recommend the approved ordinances to the town board. A roll call vote was conducted. All Ayes. Motion carried. 7. Discussion and possible action for upcoming meeting: none 8.
