Minutes of Special Town Board Meeting – June 11, 2024 Chairperson Klimek called the special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Schley to order on June 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Schley Town Hall. Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call – Klimek, Brown, Plamann, Dallman, and Podeweltz. Verification of posting meeting notices by Town Board. Julie Berg from Frojker Law Firm and Sue Finnegan from Crossbridge Community Bank provided information on the Town Hall construction and demolition/ dirt work loan in the amount of $350,000 at 3.444% interest per annum for a 10- year term. There are no prepayment penalties. Any prepayment will be applied toward the loan principal. Ammorization schedule reviewed. Motion by Brown to pass the resolution to execute all documents necessary to approve a loan from Crossbridge Community Bank in the amount of $350,0000 for a 10-year term at 3.444% interest per annum to be used to build a new town hall, 2nd by Klimek. Roll call vote. All ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Klimek to set up a special money market account to deposit the $350,000, 2nd by Brown. Roll call vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
