Town of Schley Plan Commission Meeting Minutes – May 16th, 2024 1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM. 2. Commission members present: Craig Brown, Tony Dallman, Joe Polak, and Earl Welker. Lea Ratajczyk was excused/absent . 3. Public meeting notice was verified by Craig Brown. 4. M/S Joe/ Craig to approve minutes from the April 18th Plan Commission Meeting. A roll call vote was conducted. All Ayes. Motion carried. 5. Reports/miscellaneous items discussed: *Earl reported on the May 9th Land Services Committee he attended. *Earl will be attending a local broadband workshop May 22nd in Antigo. 6. Public comment: none. 7. A) M/S Tony/Joe to discuss and approve Hellers’s LUA L-24-133 for a new dwelling, a 7’ X 112’porch and a 40’ x 40’ garage. All standard conditions required. A roll call vote was conducted. All Ayes. Motion carried. 8. Discussions and reviews began on needed changes to Schley’s Road right of way Ordinance and the Towns fee schedule.
