(Administrator Evaluation) 15. The committee will convene in open session under section 19.85 (2) if a vote is needed on items discussed in closed session. 16. Adjourn This is a public meeting. As such, all members or a majority of the members of the County Board may be in attendan ce. While a majority of the County Board members or the majority of any given Coun ty Board Committee may be present, only the Executive & Finance Committee will take official actions based on the above agenda.
