VILLAGE OF STOCKHOLM BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES 6:00 pm MONDAY , AUGUST 28, 2023 Village President David Hanson opened the meeting and roll call was taken. Present were David Hanson, Dennis Reichert, Jerry Larson, Dan Prokosh, Matt Anderson and Cindy Fenstermacher, Deputy C/T. 1. The purpose of the Special Board meeting is to review and discuss applications for the Clerk/Treasurer position. At this time, a motion was made by Jerry, 2nd by Dennis to move into Closed Session as per SS 19.85 (c) Employees; carried. 2. A motion was made by Jerry, 2nd by Dean to reconvene into open session; carried. 3. Interviews for the Clerk/Treasurer position will be set up beginning at 6:00 PM on September 11, 2023. The Board will meet at 5:30 prior to the first interview. 4. Pepin County Hwy Commissioner is willing to provide the WISLR street inspections for the Village. A motion was made by Dan, 2nd by Matt to hire the Pepin County Hwy Commissioner to provide the WISLR street inspections and report for the Village; carried. 5. No other action was taken by the Village Board, a motion was made by Jerry, 2nd by David to adjourn the meeting; carried. Meeting adjourned. Cindy Fenstermacher Deputy Clerk/Treasurer
