VILLAGE OF STOCKHOLM BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES 9:00 AM FRIDAY, JULY 28, 2023 Village President, Dave Hanson opened the Special Board meeting and roll call was taken. Dave Hanson, Matt Anderson, Jerry Larson, Dan Prokosh, Dennis Reichert, Cindy Fenstermacher were present. Pepin County HWY Department, weather permitting, will be seal coating Spring Street (County Rd J) on Thursday, August 3rd,. The Village was contacted regarding seal coating the parking lanes of Spring Street at the same time the rest of the street was done. A Special Board meeting was called by Larson and Riechert to discuss and take action on the recommended seal coating of the parking lanes. Estimated cost of having the parking lanes seal coated now is $2500- $3000. If we were to wait and have the seal coating done at a later date, the estimated cost was $5000-$7000. Discussion was held. Jerry made a motion, 2nd by Dennis to approve the seal coating of the parking lanes on Spring Street for the estimated cost of $2500-$3000 all in favor; carried.
