SPECIAL MEETING MINTUES VILLAGE OF STOCKHOLM BOARD OF TRUSTEES TUESDAY MAY 30, 2023 6:00 PM 1.Special Meeting was called to order by President Dave 2. Roll Call-Dave, Dan, Matt, Jerry and Dennis were present. 3. Discussion/Possible Action Review bids for Village of Stockholm Maintenance. Dave had a verbal bid for $1000.00 per-month. From a contractor name Austin from New Richmond WI. Dave and Austin are willing to sign the contract. Dave had pictures of the equipment that would be used. Dave is concerned about saving money for the Village. The other Board Members were concerned about signing a contract without more information like references, insurance etc. They agree with saving money. They also feel they can not except a bid they do not have in writing and why is Austin so available and half the cost. Matt made a motion to sign a contact with Chris for $2000.00 per-month. Citizens from the Village spoke to the board about the concerns with have a new contractor. Dan seconded the motion to sign a contract with Chris for $2000.00 per month for one year. Show of hands in support of signing a contract with Chris (4) Show of hands in not signing a contract with Chris (1). Motion carried. 4. Discussion/Possible Action Agreement for service contract Nancy will be typing up the contract to be signed at the next board meeting. 5.
