1 PERSONNEL COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS June 09, 2026 The Amery Personnel Committee met on June 09 , 202 6 , at the Amery City Center . The meeting was called to order at 4: 07 p .m . Present: Members Eric Elkin, Sharon Marks and Jason Bottolfson . Others Present: City Administrator Alex Mansfield, Clerk-Treasurer Taylor Larson ; Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Lisa Gunderson, Deb Trandum, Roger Van Someren, and Rick Van Blaricom. Motion by Marks ; seconded by Bottolfson to adopt the agenda as presented. Ayes – 3 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 1. Employee Handbook Revision – Administrator Mansfield reviewed revisions to the Employee Handbook with the committee. The changes are meant to modernize the employee handbook and align it with state and federal law . The committee gave feedback on changes in the handbook. The committee asked staff to verify the wording for the use of PTO in the FMLA area of the handbook. Consensus was the changes could move forward to Council .
