1 AMERY PLAN COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS March 26 , 2026 The Plan Commission for the City of Amery met on Thursday – March 26 , 2026 , at City Hall . Rick Van Blaricom ; called the meeting to order at 9 :0 0 a .m. Present: Members – Rick Van Blaricom , Paul Shafer, Paul Isakson (Via Zoom and left at 10:23am ), Brianna White (left at 10am) , Scott Carlson and Pat Cahill. Staff present: Alex Mansfield-City Administrator and Taylor Larson -Clerk/Treasurer Others present – Claire Stickler with MSA Motion by Cahill ; seconded by Shafer to approve the agenda. Ayes – 6 Nays – 0 Motion Carried. 1. Zoning Code Rewrite Update and Discussion – Claire Stickler with MSA reviewed the Plan Commission survey responses with them so they could give feedback on the way they answered questions. She also shared some proposed new zoning districts with the commission. Motion by Carlson , seconded by Cahill adjourn at 10 :40 a .m. Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion Carried.
