1 FINANCE COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS March 10, 2026 The Amery Finance Committee met on March 10, 2026 , at the Amery City Center . The meeting was called to order at 4 :00 p .m . Present: Members Fran Duncanson , Roger Van Someren , and Adam Honl . Other ’s Present: City Administrator Alex Mansfield, Clerk-Treasurer Taylor Larson , Mayor Rick Van Blaricom, and Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Lisa Gunderson Motion by Honl ; seconded by Van Someren to adopt the agenda as presented. Ayes – 3 Nay e s – 0 Motion carried. 1. City Financials and Budget Update – Clerk-Treasurer Larson provided the committee with February financials including deposit account balances, upcoming payment s , February expenses and some explanations to go with the items. 2. City Financial Policy Review – Administrator Mansfield reviewed revisions to the Investment, Debt Management, Fund Balance, Gifts & Memorials, IT Financial Reporting Errors and Leak Adjustment Policies. He also introduced the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and Fraud Prevention & Whistleblower Policies. The committee reviewed the policies and discussed them. They will be discussed with the full council at Committee of the Whole. Motion by Duncanson ; seconded by Honl ; to adjourn at 5:55 p .m. Ayes – 3 Nay e s – 0 Motion carried.
