FREDERIC VILLAGE BOARD ORGANIZATIONAL AND REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Frederic Village Hall ∙110 Oak Street E Monday, July 13, 2026 ∙ 7:00 PM Call to Order Regular Board Meeting by President Amanda Blackmon at 7:00 pm at the Frederic Village Hall Agenda Approval Motion to approve the agenda by B Morris/J Peterson. Vote: Carried Approve Previous Meeting Minutes Motion to approve June 8, 2026 minutes as presented by B Harlander/J Peterson. Vote: Carried Public Comments – None Resident Sewer Backup Complaint – R Hallander B Struck shared the background on this backup and that he is in contact with an outside company to check the sewer line. Board is sending this complaint to the Public Works Committee. Prochnow Assessing 3-year Renewal Contract Reviewed contract. Motion to approve contract as presented by B Harlander/Z Anderson. Vote: Carried. National Night Out Chief Brandon Sams discussed some of the plans for National Night Out. It will be held on August 4. Brandon requested the closure of Traffic Avenue from Oak to Hope, use of the Community Pride Shelter and barricades and trash cans. Motion to approve all requests and advise Brandon to coordinate with Public Works for what is needed by B Harlander/R Lillehaug. Committee and Department Head Report B Struck informed board that street work and storm sewer repair is scheduled. The sla for the salt/sand area has been poured. Approval of Check Register – Check #194506-194553 Motion to approve checks 194506-194553 by B Harlander/J Peterson.
