Additionally, there was no staff present when a child arrived home from school and for not following the child's service plan, as DFPS confirmed the child is not allowed to be unsupervised at any point in time, unless prior authorization has been obtained by DFPS. The child that arrived from school went to the park for a walk and staff's response was that he is allowed to go to the park unsupervised.
