     In the older children's playground, there is a section of the fence that is less than 4 feet high due to the wood beams located near the fence. In one section, the fence is 2 feet 8 inches high from the wood beam to the top of the fence. Also a large section of the fence has a 5 to 10 inch gap along the base of the fence. In the younger children playground, there was a section of the fence that was less than the required 4 feet high from the ground to the top of the fence.
