On January 16, 2026, two child care workers reported incidents of a co-worker using prohibited actions on children on the 15th and 16th of January. The center did not report the incident from the 16th until January 20, 2026. The incident from the 15th was reported on February 12, 2026, after requested by the licensing specialist. 251.07(2)(e)1.
