     21a - UTENSIL SANITIZATION

     Multi-use food contact surfaces, such as cups, plates, glasses, pots, and pans, are not being washed, rinsed and sanitized by the operator for different guests. Operator has provided non-scented bleach for occupants to use to sanitize but has not posted required signage.

     Correction: All multi-use utensils must be washed, rinsed and sanitized using approved methods, equipment and chemicals OR post approved signage notifying guests that these items have not been sanitized. Continue to provide non-scented bleach.

     38b - FIRE EXITS LOCATED

     Fire exit windows in 2nd floor sleeping rooms are blocked by bedroom furniture.

     Correction: Move beds to other walls in both sleeping rooms to make fire exit windows accessible. Rooms shall not be offered to or used by guests for sleeping until the fire exit windows are easily accessible.
