      1. In room 206, window glass is broken. Sharp glass is not exposed on the room side of the glass, sharp edges are present on the other side. 2. In room 202, ~3 red stains ~1/2" spots are on carpeting near entrance of room.

In every room inspected today, the window sheers have damage; there are tears in some window shears, and in several of the rooms, portions of the window sheers are torn completely off.

      Correction: Maintain all sleeping rooms in good repair.
