The sanitizer concentration for the quaternary ammonia dispenser at the three compartment sink is testing at less than 150 ppm (this is the minimum required per the manufacturer's label). It might be that the dispenser is out of calibration/not dispensing the correct amount of concentrate. Manager called service company immediately and they are to send a technician as soon as possible. Until the dispenser if fixed, manually add the concentrated sanitizer to buckets and the sanitize basin of the sink and test the solution to insure it is between 150 - 400 ppm.
