      Fire alarm system has not been tested since 06/27/24 and fire extinguishers have not been inspected since August of 2024 (both required annually). Jaymin contacted service company via telephone during inspection and arranged for inspection. Jaymin to provide a copy of the inspection report to Sanitarian.

      Correction: Log of fire alarm testing is required per NFPA requirements. Log needs to include date, specific location of testing, results, corrective action, and name of person conducting test. Store log in fire proof location and retrieve per request of regulatory officials.
