Multi-use food contact surfaces, such as coffee pots and ice buckets are not being washed, rinsed and sanitized for different guests. Coffee pots and ice buckets are rinsed in the room, then sprayed with a sanitizer and air dried between guests.
Correction: All multi-use utensils must be washed, rinsed and sanitized using approved methods, equipment and chemicals. Provide approved 3 compartment sink or approved commercial dish machine for this purpose. Test sanitizer strength in manual/mechanical methods.
