Discussed with owner that dogs that are not service animals are not allowed in facility where food is prepared and served. This was noted in the previous report that dogs were inside shop and discussed with facility owner that customers must leave their dogs outside shop area in the lobby of the building. 3 Basin sink was 100ppm at time of inspection. Worked with staff member to bring sanitizer up to 200ppm and discussed with owner to teach staff to measure sanitizer concentration when they make up each sink and monitor the solution. To make it easier, also recommended that staff just mix the sink and then fill sanitizer bucket with sink water so that sanitizers are the same concentration. Monitor sink and bucket and maintain at all times. Retrain employees to measure and monitor sink and sanitizer buckets to ensure they are at effective sanitizer levels.
